Location: Martinique Beach and the Halifax Surf School shop in East Petpeswick

Cost: $250 +HST total for the 6 sessions. Payment required in full upon registration to
guarantee your spot. Spots are limited.

Our Continuing Education Sessions are designed to help you get past the early beginner
phase, find more confidence in the waves, and gain independence. We’ll work on
furthering skills in wave identification, forecasting, trimming down the line, catching
green face waves, navigating the line-up, line-up etiquette, improving pop-ups,
dismounts, paddling out, and turtle rolls.
Along the way you’ll become a part of a supportive community of surf buddies and get
mentored for your skills, where they are at.
Each session will involve at least one hour of in water instruction and catching waves,
and the remainder will take place in the shop or on the beach going through theory and
discussion.

If you need to rent equipment, we offer this service at a discount of 40% off our regular rental prices. This will leave you with a price of $15 for a board and $15 for a wetsuit each week, plus HST.
